Payment Policy 

Welcome to our learning community! We offer a seamless and secure payment process for both our online and on-premise courses. For your convenience, we accept payments through PayPal and major credit cards. Once you select your desired course, you can proceed to checkout and choose your preferred payment method. 

Rest assured, your payment information is encrypted and processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor do we have access to your credit card information. After your transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with all the relevant details regarding your course enrollment.

Accessing Your Course 

You will receive your access details within 24 hours (within 48 hours over the weekend) after we receive your payment, sent to the email address you provided during registration. Please ensure you have access to this email and check your spam folder if necessary. Please note: To be successfully certified, you must answer 70% of the questions correctly.

There’s no need to wait for physical shipping! All course materials and access details are delivered digitally. After your payment has been processed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your course. For online courses, this will include login details for our virtual learning environment. For on-premise courses, you’ll receive information on the course venue, date, and time.
