WHAT IS THE SDS EDUCATION PROGRAM?

SDS Education offers continuing education and professional development courses for dentists and their entire dental team. Our programs provide foundational knowledge, current insights from research and clinical practice, and hands-on training to support everyday patient care. At the core of every course is the metal-free and holistic treatment approach that forms the foundation of the SDS philosophy.

GETTING STARTED WITH SDS

Entering the world of SDS follows a simple three-step process designed to provide a solid foundation and prepare clinicians for the practical use of SDS ceramic implants.

Attend a Course

Start with one of our First Steps courses, specifically designed for newcomers to SDS. These courses introduce the core principles, treatment concepts, and clinical fundamentals of the SDS approach.

    Receive Your SDS Account

    After successfully completing your first course, you will gain access to our B2B shop and SDSBOX® platform. At this stage, you are prepared to begin working with your first SDS implant cases.
      3.

      Start Using SDS Implants

      Depending on the course you have completed, you may be qualified to independently plan and place SDS implants. Alternatively, you can utilize the SDSBOX® service, which includes case planning and a guided surgical template to support treatment implementation.

        Located at the SDS headquarters in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland—just minutes from the German border—the SWISS BIOHEALTH EDUCATION CENTER serves as the central hub for SDS education and clinical training.

        Our educational concept is based on immersive learning. Rather than spreading education across many months, our programs are organized into focused training blocks that allow participants to engage deeply with a subject over several consecutive days.

        This structured approach enables dentists and dental teams to progress step by step through increasingly advanced concepts and clinical protocols within a concentrated learning environment. Programs such as our Bone Augmentation Training Week combine theoretical knowledge, clinical insights, and practical hands-on experience to support effective skill development.

        By concentrating learning into dedicated educational formats, participants can integrate new concepts more efficiently and apply them more confidently in clinical practice.
