Cancellation Conditions and Fees for Courses and Events

Please note our cancellation conditions for courses and events.

In case of cancellation before the specified date, the following cancellation fees apply:

Up to 4 weeks before the start: €200 cancellation fee.
Up to 14 days before the start: €500 cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days before the start: €1,000 cancellation fee.

The following fees apply for courses and congresses:

Up to 4 weeks before the event: €50 per course.
Up to 14 days before the event: €200 per course.
Less than 7 days before the start: €300 per course.

In case of non-attendance for the course or congress, the full course fee will be charged. However, a booked place can be transferred to a substitute person.

Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is defined as a natural person who does not conclude the contract in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.)

Note for Business Customers

The following regulations apply exclusively to consumers. Business customers acting in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity are subject to the specific conditions of our General Terms and Conditions (AGB), which can be viewed upon request or on our website.

Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:

– you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the service;

– on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the first service, provided it is a contract for the regular delivery of services for a specified period.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the services back or you have provided proof that you have returned the services, whichever is earlier.

Exclusion or Expiration Grounds

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

– for the provision of services, if we have begun performance of the service with your express consent before the end of the withdrawal period or you have initiated such performance yourself.
